Flood Waters Are Finally Receding in Central Arkansas

Residents of Arkansas continue to deal with historic flooding along the Arkansas River, but there is some good news.  The floodwaters are finally receding in many parts of Central Arkansas.  Farmers there say it may be weeks before the water is totally gone.  

AgDay's Clinton Griffiths has the latest on the damage with help from the Arkansas Farm Bureau.
