Farmers, traders and other ag stakeholders are invited to attend a free YouTube broadcast of AgResource Company’s Cereals Europe Live conference happening from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Central time on Thursday, April 27. Topics will include the state of international grain markets, price outlooks, weather forecasts, policies of the Trump administration and more.
The event normally takes place in person in Geneva, Switzerland, but organizers decided to move to an online format in recognition of the difficult economic conditions agriculture professionals face, says Dan Basse, president of AgResource Company, an ag advisory and research firm headquartered in Chicago.
“The world is awash in grain, and profit margins for producers and traders are down. We understand and feel this from our client base,” Basse says. “With that in mind, we also know that to make good decisions you need the best information. And good information doesn't always have to be hard or super expensive to obtain.”
More information on the conference is available in the YouTube clip below. To register for the free two-and-a-half-hour web conference, visit cerealseurope.com.
