Grain Futures Mostly Higher on the CBOT

Grains futures were mostly higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was 10 cents higher at 6.96 a bushel; December corn was .75 cents higher at $4.4375 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.3175 a bushel; while November soybeans were 3.75 cents lower at 12.8950 a bushel.

Beef prices higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle was .08 cent higher at $1.3185 a pound; November feeder cattle was .10 cent higher at $1.67 a pound; December lean hogs were .10 cent lower at $.8835 a pound.
