Hammond Air Conditioning Launches Web Site To Keep Cabs Cooler, Faster

July 9, 2009 10:43 AM
Hammond Air Conditioning has launched a new website and online store to increase quickness and efficiency in delivery of repair and replacement parts. Hammond's standing parts inventory has more than 7,000 different line items in stock, from evaporators and condensers to related clamps, seals and special tools, and the company says customers can have off-the-shelf availability with 94% of inventory.  If the item isn't in stock, Hammond's connections allow it to track down the required part and get it shipped to the customer quickly.

The online shopping section, launched on July 1, of the new website provides customers with 24-hour assistance. Orders placed through the website by noon Eastern Time during the week will be shipped out the same day. Hammond also maintains warehouses in both Canada and the United States to minimize any potential delays at the border.
The Hammond online store can also be used to place orders for its complete integrated air conditioning systems. Hammond has developed more than 700 pre-packaged kits tailored for specific makes and models of mobile equipment.
