Iowa had a decent week of planting with corn planting climbing 23 points from the previous week.

However, it still lags behind the five-year-average. Soybean planting is one point ahead of the five-year-average for the state as well. Some farmers are having a nice run while others put their planters away.

AgDay national reporter Betsy Jibben talks with Mike Berdo and Jerry Vittetoe, two farmers from Washignton, Iowa.
