I-80 Planting Tour: NE Still Getting Back to Normalcy After Flood

Nebraska is behind in planting. The state usually has 47 percent planted when it comes to corn.

According to USDA, it’s at 35 percent. Yet, there are portions of Nebraska that may not be planted at all this year.

AgDay’s Betsy Jibben picks up again on the I-80 Planting Tour by heading to the Hooper, Nebraska area. She talks with Derek Hoetfelker, a farmer from Hooper.
