UAN32 solution showed the strongest gains last week adding $3.78 -- a 0.86% increase -- to $437.22. Most states posted gains of a dollar or two but Missouri UAN32 jumped $18.00 over the week. Missouri also added nine dollars to statewide DAP pricing. South Dakota MAP sticks out like a sore thumb, adding $11.00 to $654.00.

The only decline of note was in Wisconsin where UAN28 solution fell $18.00 putting Wisconsin UAN28 well below regional average pricing signaling a potential opportunity to top off spring UAN28 needs in that state.

Winter weather continues across the Midwest and the prospect of a delayed application season coupled with strong downstream inventories are holding NPK prices mostly firm. Meanwhile, December 2013 corn futures have rallied, currently up six cents today (11amCT) to $5.53.
