Advancers led decliners in the September Inputs Monitor Index as growers are well into harvest already.
DAP prices spent the entire month of September in decline ending the month $8.36 lower month-over-month to $638.33. MAP fell consistently over the first two weeks of August before spending the final two weeks on an updraft - MAP finished the month down overall by $4.17 at $651.51.
Potash wavered week-to-week settling in $5.09 lower on the month to $603.29; UAN28 salvaged a decline as well despite pushing higher over the last two weeks - UAN28 down $12.37 month-over-month to $371.82.
Urea led decliners by two-to-one, shedding $23.65 over the month to end lower at $610.63.
Anhydrous sharply higher on the back of price spikes in Ohio - up $24.49 month-over-month to $829.41. UAN32 dropped $20.80 in the last week of September alone, but still registers a $12.53 uptick for the month to finish at $422.95.
Farm diesel steadily higher through the month, unchanged through the final week - all told, farm diesel up seventeen cents over the month to $3.68. LP also higher - up four cents on the month to $1.33.
