The Professional Dairy Producers Foundation (PDPF) is asking you to donate to the Cornerstone Dairy Academy Appeal.

The Cornerstone Dairy Academy is a Professional Dairy Producers’ (PDPW) program that directly addresses growing leadership skills within the dairy community. It is especially effective for those with strong technical skills, who want to pair that knowledge with the communication skills needed for advancement and leadership in the dairy industry.

PDPF proudly supports Cornerstone Dairy Academy as part of its vision to grow the next generation of dairy leaders.  Since the program’s inception in 2014, 90 applicants from 17 states have participated.

Erica Maedke, a PDPF Board member says, “Early in my career, someone invested in me and broadened my vision of what was possible for my life.  A senior colleague saw my potential and encouraged me to get training that changed my style, improved my communication skills and increased my effectiveness.  Now, it is my turn to help young professionals gain the leadership skills needed to successfully navigate our dairy industry. Cornerstone Dairy Academy can be that life changing experience for many young professionals.”
