Jack’s Pizza: From Garage Kitchen to Freezer Section Mainstay

In many grocery stores around the Midwest, you’re likely to find a Jack’s frozen pizza in the freezer section, ready to bake when you have a busy night or for a snack.

But who is the Jack behind the well-known brand? His name is John Toby Elrick from Little Chute, Wisconsin, about 26 miles southeast of Green Bay.
