To Ronnie in MD a buyer premium on land in this part of the would be very rare. Why not contact Farmers National Company, Omaha, Neb., 402-660-1044, the biggest in the business to confirm.

Wonder if anyone would be kind enough to let us know if there was a buyer premium on top of sale price?

Fools like this are the reason that property taxes in this state are so high, $65-$90 dollars an acre. We need a "proposition 13" like California has. Then this land would go on the tax rolls at the price paid-without raising the value of everyone else's land. That would stop this in its tracks.
