In 1980 we had land selling for $4,000.00 per acre in Michigan at the time we had 4.7 trillion out in credit in this country. Now we have 68 trillion out in credit in this country 14 times more than we had in 1980 at that ratio the land should of brought $57,872.00 per acre. This farmland isn't selling is hot as it did in the 80's if all you can get for it is 3 times more than what it sold for in 1980. You have 68 trillion out in credit, that's also in a deposit in someone's bank account . You have to get $74,000.00 per acre for all of the 911 million acres of farmland in this country to pay off the credit that's owed in this country.
