Land Sale of the Week: $12,100/a North-central Illinois

An April 17 auction saw a tract of 78 acres sell for $12,100 per acre. The 155-acres farm was located 2.5 miles south of Bradford. The 78-acre tract offered 74 tillable acres and featured a soil PI of 138.7 with 147 being maximum per Illinois Bulletin 811. Tract 2 consisted of 76 acres, of which 72 acres were tillable and it offered a PI of 139.2.

Handling the auction was Kein Haas, Sullivan Auctioneers, Hamilton, Ill., 844-847-2161.
