Land Sale of the Week: $18,100/a in Northwest Iowa

A prime, flat 148 acres two miles northeast of Inwood, Iowa, sold Oct. 24 for $18,100 an acre. The farm offered 146 tillable acres and a soil CSR2 of 73.4 compared to the county average CSR2 of 74.8. The CSR is 68.3 versus the county average CSR of 59.5. The 6.5-acre farmstead with small farmhouse brought $200,000.

  another example of a separation from reality.The art market is in a bubble and has been for some time.I compare the two because neither will cash flow and show that a fool and his or her money are soon parted.
