Land Sale of the Week: $2,400/a in North Central Kansas

A farmsite auction of 150 acres in Graham County, Kansas, shows solid demand for rural lifestyle living. The auction occurred Thursday, April 2, and featured 110 acres of grass and river acres along with Solomon River one-half mile east of Morland. It included 20 acres of cropland and 20 acres of CRP buffer strips expiring in September. Also included was a modular home, utility building and storage shed.

The auction brought $2,400 an acre for the whole property,
