Lindsay Introduces Ag industry’s First Fully-Integrated Pump and Irrigation System Solution

June 22, 2009 11:05 AM

The new fully-integrated pump and irrigation system from Lindsay Corporation, maker of Zimmatic irrigation systems, provides growers with energy savings through more accurate water pump sequencing, dynamic pressure control and variable frequency drive technology. These allow the operator total monitoring and control for multiple irrigation systems from a single pump station.

The pump stations are truly "plug and play" because they are custom pre-engineered, assembled and tested at the factory.

The new system can:
• Reduce the grower's water costs
• Reduce the labor costs
• Reduce the energy costs
• Provide a means to control or monitor it from anywhere on the globe via the Internet
