Expanded Grain Cart Options from Kinze

The new single auger grain carts from Kinze Manufacturing come in two sizes—the 850-bu. 851 model and the 1,050-bu. 1051 model. The carts feature a front-folding corner auger design that extends when it is next to the grain truck. The adjustable spout has a 42° range of motion to help control grain flow and precise placement. The frame enhances maneuverability and visibility of combine and cart spouts.

The 20" UltraFlyte auger is computer balanced with concave flighting that’s thicker on the edge to increase durability. Grain unloads at up to 450 bu. per minute.

Low ground pressure radial tires evenly distribute grain weight to reduce soil compaction. Heavy-duty 20 bolt hubs help balance heavy loads of grain. A pit-dump door matches the contour of the auger housing to limit the amount of grain that is left behind in the auger.

Case IH Offers a Variety of New Machinery for the Field

Recent additions to Case IH’s machinery lineup range from a strip-till applicator to sprayer technology.

In response to the continued expansion of strip-till acres, Case IH introduces the Nutri-Tiller 955 strip-till applicator. The all-new shank assembly and redesigned row unit help create consistent rows and prepare the seedbed. Additional features include a redesigned High-Clearance Shank for Strip-Till, a new row cleaner and two rolling-basket options. The Nutri-Tiller 955 is available in working widths from 20' to 60' (8, 12, 16 and 24 rows). New VF radial tire options have improved flotation to reduce compaction.

Capable of speeds up to 10 mph, the Tiger-Mate 255 field cultivator has a shank assembly with 20% more holding power than previous models. Earth Metal sweeps stay parallel to the ground for a consistently smooth surface and flat subsurface floor.

A split-the-middle sweep pattern uses 6.5" shank spacing for maximum soil mixing. The Tiger-Mate 255 comes in single-fold sizes from 22' 2" to 35' 2" and double-fold sizes from 37' 5" to 60' 1" with stubble resistant tires. Optional features include a three-bar, spike-tooth Advanced Conditioning System harrow with a formed TigerPaw Crumbler rolling reel and a floating hitch to let the tool run independently of the tractor to follow ground contour.

On sprayers, Case IH offers the AIM Command Flex advanced sprayer technology to help operators achieve more consistent and accurate applications. AIM Command Flex operates through the sprayer’s rate controller for one-screen monitoring and the ability to adjust variables such as application rate, spray pressure, boom section status and product tank volume. An optional upgrade allows on/off control of individual nozzles with no additional hardware.

Coinciding with the new sprayer technology, Case IH is selling 100 limited edition 25th anniversary Patriot 4440 and 3340 sprayers in 2017. The sprayers will have a silver and red paint finish and several premium features.
