Harvest is wrapping up for most of the country after what’s been a long and drawn out event in 2018. If farmers aren’t done, they’re down to their last few acres.  Harvest, with so much forced solitude, is also a good time for reflection. It’s a quiet moment to think about life’s challenges, the big wins and future directions.

Often the highlights come after seeing kids or visitors agape in awe at the speed, efficiency and magnitude of today’s modern equipment.

However, it's prudent not to forget the folks who got us to this point.
