Presented by the National Agricultural Law Center and attorney Rusty Rumley, the “Industrial Hemp Regulation under the 2018 Farm Bill” webinar will take place Sept. 18, from Noon to 1 p.m. EST (11 a.m. to Noon CST).
The webinar is free of charge, but limited to the first 100 registrants. The 2018 Farm Bill authorized USDA to promulgate regulations allowing for the cultivation of industrial hemp in the United States. This webinar will look at the new regulations and potential hurdles that need to be addressed in order for the successful growth of hemp. The legal status of CBD and more common issues such as crop insurance will also be discussed during the webinar.
