While some people are just starting to return to areas in the heartland that were flooded last week, there's a new threat. Rain is expected later this week, and that could lead to another crest along the Missouri River and its tributaries.
Forecasters say more than an inch of rain is expected to fall in Nebraska and Iowa. That could create a 1-foot rise in the level of the Missouri River around Omaha and cities downstream.
Tyne Morgan had an update from Norborne, Missouri, not far from the Missouri River, where people have been working around the clock to try and keep the flood waters out.
Tyne has been doing live reports on Facebook all week, so make sure to follow AgDay on Facebook for the very latest.
