New Combine Head Added to Geringhoff Line Up

February 15, 2012 06:58 AM
Geringhoff announced today that it will add another combine head to its line of corn harvesting attachments. The new corn head, called the Independence, is a row independent corn harvesting system that was designed to allow farmers to harvest wide row, twin row any row spacing more easily.
"This [head] is a variation of our Rota Disc, so it will destroy the stalk and spread it evenly across the field," says Derek Molnar, marketing manager for Geringoff. "What makes it really unique is that you don’t have to abide by any row spacing or row sizes."
Geringhoff is only independent corn harvesting combine head on the market. The new head will become available to farmers near 2015. Listen as marketing manager Molnar explains more about this new harvesting system.
