Corn Heads

Frontier Equipment offers two wide-row corn heads, the 8-row CH2208 and the12-row CH2112.

The CH2208 and CH2112 offer wide-row capabilities in 36-inch and 38-inch spacing. The corn heads feature an 18” diameter cross auger, and reverse auger flighting lessens ear tossing and improves dry-trash feeding. Frontier Corn Heads Photo

Cleanout doors on each end of the corn head minimize time that operators need to spend cleaning under augers.

Rugged gathering chains also feature larger, taller lugs, which significantly improves movement of the corn through the row units. Gathering chains only need to be adjusted once per season, reducing overall maintenance.

Adjustable Perma-Glide points and deck covers are easy to fold up for better row unit access. This improves serviceability and makes trailer transport safer and easier.

The TM51 Tandem Disk Harrow is manufactured of high-strength tubular steel and is available with 25” or 28” diameter disk blades.

The TM51 Series Tandem Disk Harrow features hydraulic folding wings, dual wheels for consistent disking depth and transport, and oil-bath-tapered roller bearings with industrial grade seals.

The TM51 Tandem Disk Harrow is compatible with tractors in the 150 to 500 drawbar horsepower range.

Hay Tools

Frontier Equipment offers new hay tools–RR23 Series Rotary Rakes and BC1110 Bale Carrier.

The high-capacity RR23 Rotary Rakes have larger diameter, 13-arm rotors that allow for raking width up to 24’.

The rotary rakes are driven by a 540 PTO, and operators can easily adjust rotor cams to increase the aggressiveness of tines for wet crops.

The RR2324 high-capacity rotary rake can make one large windrow or two smaller windrows with its two 13-arm rotors, adjusting to variable crop conditions.

In addition to loading efficiency, the bale carrier’s walking beam axle, which features larger floatation tires, provide a smoother transport.

Property Maintenance

Two debris blowers and a series of loader-mounted rotary brooms are added to the lineup of Frontier products.

Frontier Debris Blowers Photo Front MountThe Frontier Model BL1130 3-Point Hitch Debris Blower is designed to move lighter debris such as leaves, clippings and straw on the ground or other surfaces. It is compatible with 25 hp and larger tractors with 3-point Category 1 and Category 2 hitches.  The BL1130 Blower is driven by a 540 rpm power take-off that provides up to 141 mph maximum air velocity and 6,000 cubic ft. per minute air flow.

The Frontier Model BL2130 Loader-Mounted Hydraulic Debris Blower is powered by Frontier Power Packs and is compatible with John Deere 300 and 400 Series Loaders. It provides the same air velocity and air flow features as the rear-mounted BL1130 and both models of debris blowers feature a hand-adjustable discharge outlet to control the direction of the air flow and debris movement.
