March 25, 2011 09:46 PM

TrelleborgtireTrelleborg’s TM Series agricultural tire is designed to minimize soil compaction. An extra-wide footprint and increased deflection capabilities distribute tire pressure. The tire’s unique tread features inter-lug terracing, self-cleaning properties and better traction under high torque conditions. The lug shape and damping action of the footprint offer low vibration for drivers. TM tires are made with environmentally friendly extender oils. Tests show equipment consumes less fuel when outfitted with TM Series tires than other tires of the same size. Price: The largest tire in the series, TM900HP, is available in 14 sizes from $3,000 to $7,000. Contact: Trelleborg Wheel Systems, 3421 Ridgewood Road, Fairlawn, OH 44333; (866) 633-8473;
