New Unstoppable Density Adjustor Eliminates Stopping to Adjust Bale Density

December 30, 2009 05:24 AM

Small square baler owners can now control the density of bales from the tractor on the go.  The Scott Seaver Co. LLC, manufacturer of Airbaler density control systems for small square balers, introduces its new "Unstoppable Density Adjustor." The Unstoppable Air Density Adjustor is an enhancement to the Airbaler system, which was introduced in 2007.

The new Adjustor includes an air compressor mounted on the baler and a switch mounted in the tractor cab that allows the operator to increase or decrease the density of bales without slowing down. Bales that are of consistent size and weight stack and ship better, which is important to hay buyers.

Airbaler controls the bale density by using air pressure instead of springs or hydraulics to ensure tension applied to the bale chamber remains nearly constant. And now with addition of Unstoppable Density Adjustor, the baler operator can manually adjust the tension with the flip a switch from the cab of their tractor that adds or removes air pressure from the system.

The Airbaler System is a complete bale density control system for small square balers that replaces spring or hydraulic systems. It uses air pressure to maintain uniform tension on the bale chamber, which is the key to maintaining consistent bale density. The Airbaler System works on all small-square balers and is available only by contacting The Scott Seaver Co.
