NWS 6-10 Day: Above-Normal Precip for Eastern Corn Belt

The National Weather Service forecast for July 17-21 calls for above-normal precip across the entire eastern Corn Belt and eastern Iowa. Below-normal precip is expected in the Dakotas and Nebraska. The rest of Iowa and far eastern Nebraska are expected to see normal precip.
