NWS 6-10 Day: Eastern & Southern Corn Belt to Remain Hot & Dry

The National Weather Service forecast for June 28 through July 2 calls for above-normal temps across all of the country with the exception of a strip across the upper Midwest, which includes most of the Dakotas, Minnesota and northern Iowa. The precip outlook is mixed, with the western Corn Belt seeing average to above-average chances for rain, while the southern and eastern Corn belt are again expected to trend drier than normal.
