NWS 6-10 Day: Wetter Across Central and Eastern Corn Belt

The National Weather Service forecast for July 7 through 11 calls for above-normal precip across the southeast half of Iowa, Missouri and the entire eastern Corn Belt. Normal precip is expected in the remainder of Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. Below-normal temps are expected across the western and upper Midwest, with normal temps expected in Illinois and above-normal temps expected from Indiana eastward. The forecast is viewed as non-threatening for the crops.
