A Rhode Island farm owner who claims his neighbors purposely dumped a pile of manure near his property before he hosted an outdoor wedding is accusing them of a similar incident involving 300 turkeys.
Gerald Zarrella tells the Providence Journal (http://bit.ly/2dxejss ) his neighbor, James Lynch, placed the turkeys near his property line in Exeter before guests arrived for a wedding.
Zarrella had filed a lawsuit accusing James and Diane Lynch of dumping chicken excrement there the day before a wedding was set to take place in retaliation for Zarrella hosting commercial events on his 32-acre property.
Lynch had agreed to move the waste and cover it before another wedding scheduled for Sept. 24. Zarrella says that's when the turkeys arrived.
Lynch didn't respond to requests for comment Tuesday.
