Juli says: Weekly crop weather bulletins reveal the need for a rain across the Corn Belt and Plains to alleviate the increase of recent soil drydown. With little to no precip in the near-term forecast, traders expect next week's crop condition reports to show a decline in the condition of the winter wheat and corn crops.
