Phipps: Hard to Predict Consequences of Trade Wars

Last week, President Trump signed a tariff that would place a 20 percent tariff on steel imports and 10 percent on aluminum.

Members of the president’s own party are split on this decision, and some people think this could launch the U.S. into a trade war.
