Grain markets are higher this morning as traders try to sort out weather forecasts in South America. The bottom line is that rains were too scattered and too light to significantly improve soil moisture deficits in Argentina's primary growing areas. The same is true for areas in southern Brazil. There is a chance of scattered light rains for Argentina tonight, but forecasters are scaling back both expected amounts and coverage this morning.
