p>Grain futures are higher this morning with the soy complex leading futures up. China announced it will temporarily halt auctions of state-owned soybean reserves as it stockpiles new crop supplies. The government is trying to prevent crushers from buying beans at the auction and then redelivering them as new-crop supplies at higher prices.
