For the first time in two years, forecasters have issued their most dire warning for the risk of catastrophic tornadoes.

For the first time in two years, forecasters have issued their most dire warning--a threat level 5 out of 5--for the risk of catastrophic tornadoes today in parts of the Southern Plains, with particular emphasis on Oklahoma and Texas.
