A comprehensive lineup of farm business experts will share insights, analysis and best practices critical to young farmers during the first-ever two-day Tomorrow’s Top Producer conference, which takes place June 16-17 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville. Registration is now open for the program, which is designed with content in mind for younger farmers getting started in the business of farming.
“Set near the heart of the Music City, educational sessions will address best financial practices, growth strategies, landlord relations, leadership secrets, commodity marketing tips, diversification opportunities and much more,” notes Sara Schafer, Editor of Top Producer magazine. “The event includes numerous networking checkpoints, a live ‘U.S. Farm Report’ taping with host Tyne Morgan and an optional shuttle to downtown Nashville on Thursday evening.”

The event kicks off at 8 a.m. CST Thursday, June 16, with registration and the opening of the sponsor exhibit hall. The general session begins at 9 a.m. and will lead into two days of business-education sessions such as:

Also during the conference, Top Producer will present the winner of its annual Horizon Award, which recognizes a top farm operator 35 and under. This year’s winner is Chris Noble of Noblehurst Farms in Pavilion, N.Y.
An early bird registration rate of $279 per person is available through May 13. Previously held as a one-day conference in Chicago before Top Producer Seminar, the new Tomorrow’s Top Producer pairs a rigorous and business-intensive agenda with a family-friendly location.
