The 'Slippery Slope' of Milk Prices

University of Wisconsin economists tell why they think the milk price outlook is more pessimistic than it should be.

Dairy economists Mark Stephenson and Bob Cropp of the University of Wisconsin discuss the dairy market outlook in this 9-1/2 minute podcast.

They look at Class III prices, dairy product markets, the U.S. milk supply and a possible scenario for $38 milk as a new farm bill, federal budget and presidential leadership shape dairy’s future. Stephenson and Crop also share why they think milk prices are more pessimistic than they should be.
