To meet the specific needs of today’s implement and sprayer tires, Firestone introduces the Destination Farm radial implement tires and the Radial All Traction RC tires.

The Destination Farm radial implement tire are part of a new class of farm tires with AD2 technology and was developed as a partnership with the agricultural R&D group as well as the light truck and bus development groups from parent company Bridgestone.

These radial implement tires are available in IF- and VF-designations and specifically designed for the high-load demands of today’s implements. Compared to equivalent-sized standard radial tires, the Destination Farm radial implement tires deliver added performance benefits, including carrying more load at a lower pressure for a larger footprint. The tire design incorporates steel belts for improved protection against tough crop stubble.

Another tire using AD2 technology is the new Radial All Traction RC tires for high-capacity, self-propelled sprayers. AD2 technology allows these tires to carry more load at lower pressure than conventional radial sprayer tires. The wider tread bars provide an application-specific tread pattern for smoother on the road transport up to 40 mph. The wider tread also extends the wear life of the tires, and the crown of the tire has been made flatter for better wear.. The Radial All Traction RC tires are available in IF- and VF- designations.
