Toronto Star Details Positive Outlook for Fertilizer Stocks

The drought in the U.S. has analysts looking for stronger profits for fertilizer companies, according to a story published by the Canadian-based Toronto Star. The analysts quoted cite the more positive company earnings statements released recently (see stories posted on InputsMonitor.com yesterday). The bottom line from the analytical piece is U.S. farmers will spend heavily for 2013 crops to capture the strong prices resulting from the 2012 drought-reduced crops and to recoup losses incurred due to their reduced harvest.
