USDA Moving Forward to Prevent Foot and Mouth Disease

The USDA says it is moving forward with having a foot and mouth disease vaccine bank.

It's thanks to funding in the 2018 Farm Bill.

The first priority of the bank is to increase the U.S. stockpile of vaccines. The agency's goal is to invest between $15 million and $30 million by the end of this year.
