With the majority in the U.S. House and Senate split, there are plenty of question about what will if anything, get done in the next year-and-a-half. One answer that keeps coming up: infrastructure.

From locks and dams to rural roads, bridges, and waterways, by all accounts, it's an investment America needs to make in order to stay competitive on the world stage.  AgDay's Clinton Griffiths asked Republican Representative Sam Graves of Missouri about the chances of getting infrastructure passed by this latest Congress.

Great question Clinton! How do we fund it? So obvious a question, it's amazing it's not asked more often. We just had a tax cut and no one wants to raise the gas tax or implement some other type of fee or taxes related to transportation so how do we fund something this massive (and needed so badly).
