Washington Watch: Looking For Other Export Markets

In Washington, a trade deal between the U.S. and China is at the top of many people's list, but the administrator of USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service is also looking for new markets.  He leads nearly 100 offices around the world dedicated to expanding trade opportunities for American agriculture.
