February 23, 2009 06:00 PM

Beginning next week, set your dial to RFD-TV to catch AgDay and U.S. Farm Report. This new television partnership will join the nation's longest-running agricultural television programs with the nation's first television network dedicated to agriculture and rural America.
AgDay, Farm Journal Media's daily television news program, launches weekdays beginning March 2 with back-to-back airings at 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. EST. The program will soon move to a later and permanent morning slot. Now in its 27th year of production, AgDay, with host Scott Kinrade and agribusiness director Al Pell, focuses on news, weather, markets and the rural way of life.
Beginning the weekend of March 7-8, U.S. Farm Report will air Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. EST and again Sundays at 4 p.m. On the air since 1976 and hosted by Illinois farmer and columnist John Phipps, U.S. Farm Report keeps a pulse on agriculture and agribusiness.
