Weakened Demand for Used Combines Persists

In contrast to record used-tractor prices at auction, combine prices have been falling since about 2010, says Greg Peterson, known to many as Machinery Pete.

The issue? Supply and demand. New combines sell well, but identifying buyers for the same kind of equipment that is between one and three years old has proven challenging.
