Where is the Farm Bill?

Our Washington Reporter, Jim Wiesemeyer says to expect the official release of the Farm Bill next week. He says it's due to services for former President George H.W. Bush.

It still isn't known when the House and Senate will vote on it. Wiesemeyer says under the bill, most farm program crops will see a boost in loan rates, but not upland cotton, peanuts or minor oilseeds.  He says soybean growers will likely see an almost 25% increase in loan rates starting with next year's crop.
