Don't miss the opportunity to take part in the Ag Connect Expo Advocating for Agriculture Awards program. One grand prize winner in each of three categories—Ag Woman of the Year, Ag Innovation and Community Leadership—receives a free trip to Orlando for Ag Connect Expo, Jan. 13–15, 2010.
The three categories:
  • Ag Woman of the Year Award: The AG CONNECT Expo 2010 Ag Woman of the Year Award recognizes the achievements of women in farming operations, in their communities or in the agriculture industry as a whole. This award celebrates the role of women in agriculture and their contributions in operations, education, land stewardship, and business. More information.
  • Community Leadership Award: The AG CONNECT Expo 2010 Community Leadership Award recognizes the generous spirit of agriculture through contributions made to local community projects and development. The award celebrates those working in the agriculture industry who have demonstrated a commitment to improve their community's quality of life. More information.
  • Ag Innovation Award: The AG CONNECT Expo 2010 Ag Innovation Award recognizes the innovative spirit of agriculture and its creative contributors to the industry. This award celebrates those individuals who have advanced their farming operations or practices within agriculture through trailblazing processes and creating a value-added innovation to their farm or to agriculture as a whole.
