Windrower Features New Rear Axle Design

August 16, 2011 11:23 AM

The Hesston by Massey Ferguson WR9700 Windrowers feature a 21 mph transport speed, the V-cool system, and AGCO Power engines with SCR. In fact, 85% of the machine’s design and components are new.

The five models range from 100 to 220 horsepower and operate all hydraulic engine and drive functions from the onboard computer terminal. The operator seat can be heated and cooled, and the machines features the industry’s first semi-active seat in a windrower.
The machines are designed with the GlideRider rear-axle suspension. The new wheel design, which moves away from the tail wheel design, keeps the wheels clean and provides wheel movement even when positioned in a rut.

The windrower can be matched with a Hesston by Massey Ferguson RazorBar header.
All service points are accessible from the ground level, except the fuel tank.
