Wurst. Oktoberfest. Ever.

Wurst. Oktoberfest. Ever.

Oktoberfest can be a great time to kick back a few cold brews and eat some authentic German cuisine like bratwurst. At the Vegan Oktoberfest good luck finding any authentic Bavarian food a real German would eat.

“The World’s first” Vegan Oktoberfest happened last fall and it is returning again for year two in Downtown LA. Many Oktoberfest traditions will be there including: Bavarian maidens, lederhosen lads and Oompah bands.

The only differences: vegan craft beer is on the menu and no meat is served. Not real sure what makes a beer vegan, maybe the barley was never fertilized with manure.

And animal lovers can still “experience a traditional Oktoberfest celebration with a clear conscience.” Even if that clear conscience gets drunk and does the chicken dance.
