I had my eye on this auction. The rainbow of colors drew me in.

It's not every day you see a farm auction featuring 4 different color late model Tractors. But that was the case yesterday (September 7, 2017) on a farm auction in north-central Iowa by my friends at Ryerson Auction & Realty, Ltd. (http://www.ryersonauctionrealtyltd.com). Here's a run down of sale prices from the auction, I'll list in alphabetical order by color:

BLUE: 2011 New Holland T8.390 with 1,438 hours: $115,000

GREEN: 2010 John Deeere 8270R with 1,625 hours: $111,000

RED: 2012 CaseIH Maxxum 140 with 501 hours, loader: $80,000 (record)

YELLOW: 2012 Challenger MT855C with 1,060 hours, 36-inch tracks: $147,500

Here's a further run down on sale prices from yesterday's multi color farm auction in north-central Iowa:

** $80,000 for the 2012 CaseIH Maxxum 140 with 501 hours and L755 CaseIH Loader with 7' bucket is a new record high auction sale price I've seen on a Maxxum 140. More proof here of how very strong buyer demand remains for good condition used Tractors under 150 HP.
