Since I had seen a John Deere 7820 tractor (172 HP, made by Deere 2004 - 2007) sold over $85,000 at auction. Until this past Friday (December 1, 2017) that is. The 2004 John Deere 7820 with 1,465 hours pictured below sold for $94,000 on a farm auction by Waterhouse Realty & Auctioneers (http://www.manchesterauction.com).
That is the highest auction sale price I've seen on a 7820 in 46 mo. Check out the facts:

So more proof here of the continued strong buyer demand for the nicest condition, low hour used tractors (and equipment) out there, even despite the challenging ag economy.
