At the 2011 National Farm Machinery Show, Bush Hog expanded its product lineup with boom mowers, hay tools, loaders, rear blades and zero turn mowers.
Bush Hog introduced four 3-point mounted boom mowers. The PT5 model is designed for lighter pruning needs and is completely hydraulically driven unit that fits tractors with only 15 engine hp. The conventional boom mower models in RMB1445, RMB1660, and RMB1865 and range in cutting reach from 14’1” to 18’1”. All RMB models offer self-contained, fully independent hydraulic systems with twin pump that can power the unit through tough cutting jobs.
Designed for ranchers and farmers, Bush Hog introduces its hay tool line with three models of tedders and seventeen models of rakes. The pull type rotary tedders are sized with two or four rotors. The Four rotor models are available with manual or hydraulic fold. Working widths range from 10’ to 17’. The lift-type rakes have two to five wheels and working widths from 4’ to 11’. The pull-type rakes have eight to eighteen wheels and working widths range from 17’ to 33’.
Expanding their lineup of loaders to 18 models, Bush Hog loaders can fit on tractor from 10 hp to 160 hp. The loaders can be matched with buckets and accessories.
Four models of Bush Hog rear mounted blades fit tractor from 80 hp to 300 hp. Working widths range from 8’ to 14’. Heavy-duty three point hitches add to the rugged design. Accessories include gauge wheels, kid shoes and end plates.
The line of Zero Turn Mowers add three models in the EC series. The mowers are powered by either 25 hp Kohler engines or 26 hp Kawasaki engines. The deck widths range from 55” to 61”. EC models come with a three year commercial warranty.
