A prime 80-acres in Lyon County, Iowa, sold Oct. 2 for a heady $15,100 an acre, keeping up the tradition of strong land values in that part of the state. The soil CSR2 was 94.2 with maximum equal to 100. The old CSR was 67 compared to the county average of 59.5.
